Procrastination and laziness

Can someone suggest how to get rid of this,

After waking up, I don't feel like doing anything, just resting lazily on sofa and watching tv, can't concentrate on work , focus shifts every few minutes to phone Which is the biggest distraction, I want to go to ofc for change but as I don't have that I can't go as well. I want to change that abt myself, any suggestions

Do everything with an intention/purpose. When you do something think how you will benefit from it. One more truth to be said as long as you balance everything its ok to slack sometimes scroll reels and stuff but whats important is the balance. Example: Setting a specific hours to watch tv and only watch it then and do meaningful tasks for the rest of those hours.

You will need a lot of self control
I started by deleting social media apps Turning off the suggestion on YouTube (no more mindless scrolling) Limiting the time I spend on TV Write what’s running on your mind Discover a plan to change your routine Introduce meditation or yoga or exercise or even a dedicated time to just walk when it’s early morning or late evening (a soothing weather, basically)

And with 1 step at a time, you’ll come out of this phase too.
But you will have to take that 1st step and be consistent at it.

Overthinking

Hello viners,

I'm in my mid 20s. Whenever a random small thing happens to me or my body, I start googling it. Then self diagnosing, then always some type of cancer. Overthinking, stress, panic attacks.

I am not able to focus on my work...
