I am fresher who joined wipro in sep 2024 and allocated to project in oct 2024 But I am not interested in the role which I am working. But according to wipro policy a fresher should work for at least 18 months in same project. So I have decided to resign from this company after 1 year. So may I know what is the process and before how many months I have to inform manager. Which month is best to resign?

One of my teammate who had three years experience asked for release. They postponed his release. And if I ask for release may be they willnot and if I stay for long in this role is also not useful for me. 🙃
