Process to encash EL

As far as I know,

1. If you have earned leaves more than 48, excess leaves will be automatically encashed and include in salary. If you have 50 earned leaves, your salary will include equivalent amount for 2 days.
2. Otherwise, you can only encash earned leaves only when you leave the organisation.

I have 60 EL need to encash

ELs above 44 leaves get encashed and added in March salary
