If you are loaned resource, you can talk to your supervisor and inform him about your wish. Post that you can give notice period of 30 days to your project supervisor through mail.

It's like you belong to one capability but loaned to different projects within ATCI. In this case, it is easy to get released from the project . If that's not the case, that means you are working for your own capability DU . In such situation,it's Lil difficult to get out of project. You can still try to talk to your supervisor who is not from the project.
