Process after release from project

I got released from the project last Friday , 28 March. Today is the 1st of April, but still not got any email from RMG regarding WON, additional details etc. Should I wait for email or should I take any action from my end.

Wait for few days they do contact. If not then you can go to your location RMG for project allocation.

I heard If you are allocated and billable resource then your QVA will be credited fully or else it will impact that allowance. I am not sure but can someone confirm please
