Problems facing when trying to switch for software testers with 2+ years of experience?

I have 2.5 years of experience in software testing in selenium with java. I have been trying to switch for the last 2 months but I am not getting any calls, I am applying to different posts on naukari and LinkedIn. But still not getting any calls. Is this happening because my current organisation has 90 days of notice period?
