Trending @Accenture; Problem with the team lead
I am very much frustrated with my team lead’s behaviour as he is continuously mentally torturing me since last 2 months. On small small issues, highlighting it and for other colleague in my team, he is hiding his mistake every time. I am eligible for the promotion since last 2 quarters and he is saying today that I need to find your replacement, you will go on PIP and bla bla things… Please help how to handle this situation. I am very tensed.
Even you can raise complaints of mental torture as well.
Just talk to the team lead's manager and show them proof what you have done and what mistakes your team lead is high lighting and keep things in email and later connect over calls
Give interview find an offer and leave… before that raise it with your project managers… but leave - thats important 😅
If they put u in PIP, then in next 10 days put your papers else after 3 months u will get a termination letter . I know it is hard, but trust me if they put u in PIP then they want u to leave, if not they will assign a big task on you which u can't do and after 3 months u get your termination. It happened to my teammate. It is almost 8 months he is still job less.
