Problem with Manager during Notice period
My lwd is oct 10th. My manager is harrassing me like she's always looking only on me .. for last 15 days she set up daily stand up calls. Sending RTO mails.(I put resignation bcoz I couldn't full fill RTO policy). Checking my login tymings like my shift isfrom 2-11 at 1:59pm she's pinning me why are you not logged in to client environment. What should I do. Should I talk loudly as I have only 15 days left in my notice period. I'm feared that they might extend my lwd or stop my pay. Or should I just keep quiet.
Don't leave without doing any damage
I'm worried it might effect my pf settlement lwd and pay. Should I report to office during these 15 days . Actually I'm in recovery from typhoid I've shared the documents too still she's not at all positive and empathetic.
Should I report to office for these 10 days... They were sending RTO index mails. But I can't as I was in recovery from typhoid and allowed to eat only specific foods and warm water and all.
Let her do whatever she wants you do even more things to piss her off ,you are already in notice period she can’t do anything
