I have a doubt i am still on bench for 4 months and my probation is not confirmed yet . So within 6 months of probation period will i be able to get an early release from the company ?( for atleast one month early release?)

in probation notice period is itself one month. please read your offer letter

If you've been on bench for 4 months you should resign as soon as possible they usually give early release in 90% of cases
