Recently my manager informed me that my probation has increased, will it affect variable pay in November, I will not get it or anything. Even though things were going good I was informed that my probation has been increased and got no clear clarification on this. Will it affect anything? Please 🥺

There may not be many projects in Accenture. And it might not have to do with your performance anyway.
Also they treat junior people like resources and not people.
Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕

It may vary the reason some time projected headcount might be exceeded or billing issues with the project...ideally if there are any red flags you get the hints from lead...try to have offline discussion like chai or meal break...
