My probation got extended by 2 months with the remarks that they are yet to overview my performance as 1 project assigned after 5 months.

Any future consequences this extension?

What will be the notice period if I resigned on the last day of probation period?

So are you on bench for 5 months?

Was hard locked for 4 months, then was moved bench for 1 month (not completely as was in project holding pool). I got a project in March only. There were 2-3 manager interview calls when I was was in holding pool but that didn't went well. Out of which 1 was of different requirements but still counted as rejection
