Joined the company ~6 months ago and my probation ends in mid-Jan. I’ve realised my current compensation is significantly below internal / market benchmarks for comparable roles. I want to understand whether probation completion is considered an appropriate time to push for an immediate compensation correction, or if such corrections typically only happen during appraisal cycles here. For those who’ve seen or experienced this internally, what usually works in these situations?
