Trending @Accenture; Probation and Joining Bonus

According to Accenture policy,if an employee leaves within one year, they are required to return the joining bonus.In this context, could you please clarify whether the one-year period is calculated up to the date of resignation(i.e., when the notice is submitted) or up to the last working day after serving the notice period?

Also how do I check if I am still under probation or not. It's going to be 1 year since I joined and I cannot find anything related to probation on support.accenture.com->Cases
