Hi All,

I have joined Capgemini in June 2024 as senior consultant. But my probhabhition period is not confirmed due to some reasons.

And currently serving one month of NP. I wanted to know will they mention as Probhabhition not confirmed or not anything as such in the experience or releiving letter.

Please let me know I am so stressed out due to this and will it impact my next company when i join. Please give me honest feedback who faced this suitation in capgemini or any other company.

I know which project you are from. Make sure you get into the project as soon as possible. Or this will happen whereever you go.
