For background I observed this from the college years where there will be protest over some stray dog issues in campus and these sorts of videos always keep popping somewhere or the other. Does it even have a amicable soln.

I agree.. no point in being anti doggo. Be pro doggo in public. Find a way to euthanise them. It will give the dogs a painless quick death. It will give everyone peace.
Dude your kids are not even comparable to any dog. Pet owner should take the offence when their pet is compared to kids, not vice versa.
A girl will marry you if you have two dogs, but won't marry you if you have two kids already..😂 How are pets the same as kids then ?
Humans are already divided on religion, caste, social status, politics, food habits, geographical location. This is just another reason for people to debate and fight.
There is no solution since nobody wants to listen anymore.
