Private Sector and MNC Considering Experience using EPF vs PPF vs Form 16

Hi all. How to make your corporate experience really count? EPFO Public Provident Funds Form 16

are these all 3 the same for all MNCs, Indian Unicorns, FAANGs etc? Or EPFO is mandatory.

If you have option to make or not make PF account for new employer to be joined.

MNC HR's while screening don't consider PF history lapses even if you have experience letter or Pay Slips or Transaction History.

Your question is not clear. You don’t opt for PF for employment verification, you do it because it is mandated by most organisations, and as of 5-7 yrs back, it was mandated by Govt too (for employers with certain employee count, and employee with certain salary range). The optional PF Govt rule came recently I believe, and that too is not followed by all employers.

Basically, do what you feel about PF, ignoring the employment verification part. Also, don’t mix EPF and PPF, there is a huge difference. It looks you need to read a lot about these aspects.
