Are the private jobs really better than Government jobs(work pressure and earning wise)? Or should I give a try for government exams?

My friend who has cracked upsc is now looking to exit via an MBA because the system is corrupted and doesn't help him do anything.

I was in mnc for 3 years and now in govt sector as a class 1 officer...NPCIL to be specific. Though I have joined just 3 months back I will suggest you to be in IT.
