Prisma Browser is not working.

My PA browser is not working, I have done literally everything like restarting my laptop updating it quitting the pa browser. But it is not opening. I haven't filled my G and O. My timesheet and i wanted to check status of my MSI.

Pls anyone suggest what to do.

I have another laptop from project so i only use this wipro laptop inly to fill timesheet and do courses. I open it once in a week.
