Hi, Can anyone give some guidance regarding the Priorities fill up in Workday and the deadline to fill? If someone miss to fill them,does it affect Performance Appraisal?

1.At any point of time there should be 3 priorities active
2.And filling priority is mandatory, but genuine answer to that if those points will be actually looked into and considered for your performance appraisal, then it's hardly 4-5%. 3. If you don't fill the priority you don't need to worry that it will impact your growth at Accenture but you will get email from your manager as HR sends the list of PPL who have not filled.

Yes it is important! Even though it seems like a copy paste work, you need to display properly what you have done! These things can help in appraisal and variable percentage also.

What is due date field in priority?And can we update or edit our priority any time we require till Aug 31

I seriously dont think that matters at all. But if you dont fill up it will just give them an excuse for your lower pay hike. So better fill up some priorities post discussion with your supervisor. Its really important to discuss with your supervisor as to what should be your priority for the current appraisal cycle. This gives you an edge during PA discussion that you worked on tasks that was expected from your supervisor and close that loophole of another reason why you should be given a lower hike.
