Prime to innovator ?

Does anyone here know how to upgrade from a Prime role to an Innovator role? If any HR are here, could you please tell me how to upgrade?

In the iEvolve portal, I have checked the dashboard, but there is no option or pathway showing me how to upgrade to Innovator.

As many of my digital role friends can see the path for digital to Innovator role.

I am a fresher. I don't have many connections. If anyone can tell me how to proceed, it will be very helpful.

Prime are not allowed for wings1 exam. They are equivalent to innovators. After one year in tcs you will be eligible for wings 2

After writing Wings 2, what will be the package?

To write Wings 2, I need to be C2 grade, right? Currently, I am a fresher and I am in C1 grade. After the promotion, I will only be able to go to C2 grade, right? And it takes three years, I think?
