Trending @HCL; Prime location to NV location transfer

Anyone here who has been transferred from prime location to NV location as a part of urban shifting program of HCL. I have couple of queries.

For most of the techbee they send to NV location... And they giving location like north people south location, south people north location... Whats the use in doing this....its just killing employee patience and connection with family... Personlly i feel this

They are using this to tie up freshers and techbees without any options and grind away for them.

In NV location for all shifts, it's 100 fixed.

I dont know why they have created this NV location... If employee want to change location HR says this is NV location and u cant change to another loction
