Trending @Accenture; Primary Skill is Databricks
My primary skill is different from the skill I'm using in my current project. My primary skill is trending, but the project skill is not. Should I change my primary skill to match the project skill, or should I keep it as is? I’m expecting to be released from the project in a few months, and I’m wondering if, for the next project, they will consider my primary skill or ask me to update it to match my project experience.

projects look out resource based on skillsets only. But in your case I don't think there's no much difference b/w data factory & data bricks as both are dealing with data. It might be fine

Hi, there . This might not be helpful but rather my opinion . I am a CL12 , got trained in pySpark using Databricks. I got into a spark project and told to get P2 or above in my primary skill which is Spark and I did so. But they have decided to move me in Infomatica team of the same project . But changing the skill was on me. They said if I want I can change it else it's fine . I decided not to as I feel spark is will give me little more opportunities in future projects rather informatica.
