I have completed 6 months as an ASE, how do I change my primary skill?

Note: i do not know who my PL or PMO is and I'm on the bench currently.

Any help would be great 😃

One unwanted suggestion- If on bench trynna get rid of Accn asap else you will be stuck like hell !

Add secondary skill in myCompetency portal. Give assessment. Swap current primary skill with newly assessed secondary skill. Get approval from bench manager
