I joined Accenture in March and i need to change my primary skill showing in my competency. Does anyone have any idea on the process to change the skill on bench if it is not matching the RRD skill.
First add skill as Secondary . Give proficiency exam to get P3.
You need to request change of swap to people lead where you have worked 6 month in skill.
If you have certification it will help .
There are 2 level of approval , one by Manager where you worked on skill , one by competency lead.
Hello, I have joined Accenture in October and currently on bench from April 30. I want to change the primary skill and have the required skill in secondary skills list with p3 and I also have the certification too.
As a fresher I don’t have experience. So, is it possible to swap the skill. If so can you please tell how to change it by competency lead. Thanks in advance.
But I am a new joiner in Accenture and currently on bench. I have experience with my previous company. Does it work?
