Pretentious
Do founders even reply to cold emails . Have emailed about 30 of them but hardly one o two reverts. Are they too busy or cold emails are out of trend? Reaching out to create openings but of no avail yet. On LinkedIn these founders add lines like my DMs are open or reach at this email address, and even after emails no response.

Yeah but you need to sort of articulate properly and write a clear subject line with the exact purpose. Founders get like 50 emails min in a day. One thing you can try it's risky but a founder will appreciate is just tell them you met them and they asked you to email. Cuz most founders would just forward the hiring emails to someone from their teams

If it’s seed/series A, reply rate should definitely be higher. Maybe get your cold email vetted.
