Preparing for Salesforce Developer interview

I am currently a Salesforce Developer in TCS & I'm planning for a switch.

Please suggest me:

1. Topics I should learn/prepare/revise.
2. CTC i should expect after a switch.
3. Any other advices that you may have for me.
