Preparation for Job Switch

I want to apply for jobs with 6+ years of experience and in my current role and responsibilities i am finding it it difficult to get some time for proper studying. Please suggest how and in how many weeks or months i can prepare and get a good job. My current salary is 15 lpa and i am targeting to 25-30 lpa for next switch.
