Prenups stand in India
I think prenups should be legal in India although i understand there could be misuse of it but laws supporting the women in india are being misused more these days . Recently i have heard a lot of marriages broke after just 3 or 4 months and the wife takes a hefty amount of money for the divorce what r your takes on this?
This is proof of history repeats itself.
Long back in BC era.. women had equal representation in all sabha, smriti, similar to parliament this days. After that they start losing several rights due to multiple reasons.
If this behaviour will continue, I'm wondering if the history will repeat itself.
But anyway, don't go for hot 🐥.

Prenups shud obviously be there.
Its not that contracts don't exist. Our legal system is too slow, too corrupt, too overburdened. I don't want to bring bureaucracy in any aspect of my life as much as possible. That's why I hate marriage.
