Prenup should be made legal in india
Nahi bhai, I agree with the Indian constitution here. What I want is that the law should be improved. If law has done its job correctly there would not have been atul subhash case. let the wife ask for alimony, and let the court investigate the matter and decide. If the husband is at fault then he should be punished /pay for his wrong doings and vice versa if the woman files the wrong alimony case, she should be punished as well. These morons judges want to make money from the victim and these mfs politicians don't care about that. That is the issue. If we are not able to solve ground problems, how can we trust something built on that ground, our lawyers are smart enough they will find a grey area in prenups and judges will be happy to settle in that area, as it would be extra money for them. If we can have a proper law it could solve every problem. We need proper law to kick people from govt jobs instead of transfer.
I say ban marriages
Technically not possible. as marriages are not seen as legal contracts in india.
Politically not possible as women are vote banks. all the ladli behan, ladli sasuma yojanas are the proof.
