No employer will take a chance of firing a pregnant woman as per Maternity Act. There must be some reason or maybe the employee is a new joiner or not eligible for the benefit. But if she is eligible and gets fired during her pregnancy then she must go and file a complaint to the labour court against the employer and they will feel the consequences with a huge penalty.

She have worked in that company 3 years , just after disclosing pregnancy they put her into PIP and then asked her to resign she refused then company terminated with fake allegations

Ohh, then she must file a complaint in the labour court. They are just trying to escape from paying the salary during her pregnancy. They cannot do this.

Take them to court. File a case against ceo, cfo, hr head, india head and the manager.

Who will pay for all this?? What about her family ,until she wins in court? Are HR's in IT ,are we joining companies to dance?? HR ' is there to save companies from these types of things... They find a way to defend ,they have 'n' numbers of reasons..
