Pregnancy complications
I am in probation period currently. I have spotting/bleeding problem in my 3rd month of pregnancy so doctor asked me to take bed rest for 10 days. Can I opt for medical leave ?
Are you serious? Your baby & family should be your priority..
Definitely opt for leave or take exception.. ppl are taking short term exceptions for much more silly reasons..
It's time to take the responsibility of the mother..
remember all female associates have tremendous power in any white collar job.. if they deny leave/exception. Prepare to make some noise & make them nervous..

Scan all the reports open 2office attach them and apply leave...
One lock is 2office will allow you to start leaves in a gap of 5or6 days ahead so apply them and take care.
