Preferred backend stack given the use case is irrelevant.

Trying to gauge whats relevant these days.

Golang
Rust
Nodejs
Java, spring boot

How do you even select a backend stack if there is no usecase? Just go with the one whose language you know and are familiar to setup quickly I guess?

There is definitely personal preferences based on type systems, error handling, async handling. Thats what I am interested in, if people find rust compile time guarantees over amazing golang async handling.

Ofcourse the usecase derives stack, but what framework paradigms makes most sense to you.

Just saw the username and it cracked me up a bit. Person under whose company React was developed is asking about backend stack😂

Data Boss when is backend equivalent of React coming? :P
