Predict my hike % based on rating given in appraisal

Note : First company - Robotics startups, total work experience - 2.5 years, Designation - Full stack engineer

Compensation: 16 LPA fixed + 2.5 Lakh one time bonus + free lunch and snacks + 5 Lakh health insurance / person (for me and my parents)

We have an annual appraisal policy, and I recently had my appraisal meeting with my managers. They were looking really happy with my performance and gave me a rating of 3.65 out of 5, where 3 means “meets expectations” and 4 means “above expectations.” The second meeting with HR, where they’ll share the actual hike percentage, is still pending. Can we try to predict the hike percentage here?
