Pre-recession SDEs giving gyaan boils my blood
People on LinkedIn posting their off campus experiences, then selling a course in the end, while WILLINGLY not mentioning the date of interview. Some of them even mention on campus experiences without full disclosure. Feels like a major slap in the face for people like us who are struggling in recession.
Entirely possible that many of them lie about these experiences too. I respect them for navigating off campus positions and applying and getting jobs, but things were way, way easier back then. To go through bloodbath right now and see those posts, just feels like major tone-deafness on their part.
Or maybe I'm salty af (I am).
