Those applying for jobs currently- do not stop applying because you are tired today. Apply incessantly. Coz the applicant pool for almost all kinds of jobs is at least 500 and i as a recruiter cannot humanly screen each of one of them . I will pick the best 10/ 1st best 10 that u screen and that means after 10 shortlists I will pause. If you are not on these 10 then you will probably never be contacted.
Adding some additional tips in the next comment.

Depends it’s a very subject question.
General suggestions:
- try to look up the interviewers on Internet not just LI but across the Internet. See what you can dig out.
Imagine they have a profile on some site where they discuss tech topics- you would know how much the interviewer knows and to what extent one can expect in interviews. If it’s a managerial interview- you may find some points to build a connection on. In general you would be able get an idea of the kind of personality they have and if that resonates with you and what you can speak to connect with them on. - always login 5 minutes early in case of virtual interviews. If it’s on-site- don’t miss the opportunity. Use it well- dress for the interview. In-person meetings help in building a solid 1st impression+you also get an idea of the kind of workplace you will be working in. The office vibes are a huge give away of their work culture.
- always prepare crisp answers. Most people in tech hate answers which go around the world.
Prepare a good but short intro about yourself. It sets you off for the rest of interview.
Structure it like this: your experience (years and skill set), achievements in projects, what you may be learning at the moment.
What you say about your projects decides what they ask you later in the calls. - ask questions- relevant ones. About your future. How does my career trajectory look like? What can I expect from the role? What new skills can u expect to learn? Do you expect me to specialise in specific tech/ get any certifications?
DO NOT ask for Feedback. If it’s an overseas interviewer- they will most likely hate the question. - if you are connected on multiple screens then let the panel know. Or look into the camera. I have had candidates who end up looking into one screen while being connected on the camera of another screen- interviewers end up feeling disconnected and doubting their integrity (like are they reading out from a website, or they are taking help from someone, etc.)

Additional tips:
- Send personalised emails to hiring managers and recruiters. Not LinkedIn inmails. But Emails
- download this extension called ContactOut. Install it on your LI page. The extension helps you get official email ids of people. Again you may not get everyone’s details, but you sure will get most of there’s.
- On LI- instead of just searching and applying on posted jobs. Search using Bikram search string in the search bar.
Filter the results by ‘posts only’
Now go through who all have posted for hiring in your skill set for the last 6 months and send them emails (use the contactout extension as per previous point) - Target reaching out to at least 5-6 people everyday personally.
- there are several alternatives to naukri today- explore them.
- if you are in tech- reach of out to recruiters overseas as well (target small to medium sized European companies) . Europe has a shortage of skilled software professionals and they are more than willing to sponsor eligible folks for relocation (Germany tops the list in this case)
- Use LinkedIn with great focus. Do not react of respond to random posts. Rather follow quality content from companies that you would like to work with and engage. Engage would be reposting, participating in poles, commenting (not for the heck of it but something that helps elevate the discussion)
