Is Pramotion window open for C2 Grade I have completed 5 am I eligible for pramotion?

I talked with my manager he said HR hasn't opened window yet
Yes. I got a list of eligible C1-C2 in account. Was asked to select Yes /No for promotion. Submitted it to ISU yesterday. It’s not allowed to add names if it is not in list.
Was they were EP candidate available? Ans what was there total experience in that list
One EP was eligible. She is 6yrs total with 2.1 in TCS. She is C1 now.

Yes, it is open... But your manager won't leave any excuse to avoid promotion
When one can know for sure that he or she is getting a promotion? Will there be a communication prior to revised compensation letter?
Promotion window is open till C2 GRADE. Check with your managers asap if the have recommended.
