does anyone know how to change our practice or our current domain within the company. currently I am in the practice of web & UI, I wanted to switch into UI/UX. does anyone know how to change from one domain to another domain?
As per my observations and understandings, it will be very difficult to change domain here. You have to make connections in office with the people working in your desired domain. If they are having any openings then only you'll get any chance. That also depends on your manager, if he is supporting you in this. Otherwise, managers can stop you from leaving your current project. In case you are very important to the project or there is a resource crunch, then forget about it.
