PPF account - SBI problems

I have a ppf account in sbi, I am unable to deposit money in it, the app says that the account is irregular. But in reality it's not!

SBI has some glitched backend, and after reaching out to customer support they say go to bank!

As if I am free to resolve SBI's backend problems!

Lol, I have made up my mind to transfer the ppf account to some other bank.
