PP1 incentive letter on hold

Due to low WFO index in previous quarter , my wings2 PP1 incentive letter was kept on hold. Unfortunately this quarter will also have Low WFO index for me. Can anyone confirm if 2 consecutive WFO lapses permanently pause or cancel incentive letter ?

There is no such rule for PP1 letter/RTO. You will get the letter after you are compliant for a quarter.
