Powerplay Salary

Hey, can anyone tell me what will be offer from Powerplay apps for backend role and even senior sde role?

Also, recently, I got promoted to SMTS in my current company and CTC got corrected a little. However it was in between the interview rounds. How to tell this to HR, I have a cultural fitment round next.
