Hi folks, I have cleared two questions on power programming assessment, if l considered as pass, what will be the next process and how I can prepare for that. Also I want to know, If my role changed to PP How much hike I can expect.

I have 6.5 YOE and my current CTC is 8.5L with variable pay and role is TA JL4.

Next round will be Personal interview. You will have to go to DC for that. There first you will have to again solve some DSA question than they will take your interview which will mostly revolve around project and Tech Stack of your interest.

PP package start from 9.5lpa but since you have 6.5YOE they might give you L2 role of PP which is in bracket of 13-16lpa.
