What it is, how hard it is to become a one in infy, Do we get hike if we achieve so?

Package will be 9.5 where around 1.5 will be bonus and 8lpa will be fixed.
Bonus you can accept around 70% on an avg which you will be getting quarterly

What if the salary is more than 10LPA already and how would be the salary calculated for PP.

For 6.5 and for around 8.5, they gave SP L1 i.e 9.5 lpa. For more than 10, they may give SP L2 which can be around 12lpa but not sure on this. Just an assumption

Well, 2 ways to become one ....

Easy : There are website and telegram accounts selling questions and answers for the exam, pay and get questions, you will be selected.
Hard: Master -> Recursion, Trees, Graphs and string... You will definitely solve atleast 2 questions with above ds and algo prep.

However I feel there is a huge scam running here ..

The selectors/paper setters might be the ones who are selling these... And somehow they know their customers and only their customers get selected!!

Well, might be its just sour grapes thing, or might be not, who knows!
