How to prepare for power programmer in Infosys for a 7 yoe employee? I'm already in a developement project and interested to become a power programmer.
As being a Power programmer I’m eligible to answer this… You just have to start doing DSA. Start practice on leetcode/neetcode you can get good start from there.
As being a power programmer for 2 yoe from the start itself.
You have to start grinding on couchef and Codeforces too.
Let me tell you one thing there are 3 sets two impossible and one doable so your probability of clearing the exam is 33.33% and so it is highly also based on your luck and skill both.
If you aren’t lucky the impossible set is not doable even by a GM AT CF and if you’re lucky they will be rate along the lines of 1800-2100 depending on your luck.

It’s better to switch in other companies, they will provide you better responsibility according to your experience and compensation part also.
Just switch bro. You have 7+ years of experience, will get better offer outside.
