Power platform developer

Hi folks anyone from PowerApps side or a Power Platform developer. I have some queries for my background i have total 2 year IT experience and my 1st project was in testing after that some politics happened and my i got my band as C i somehow took release and was on bench then lucky enough i got opportunity to join AI Cloud unit (previously MBU) in that also i was on project bench that means no work at all and they released me and again got C band now i got a proper development project and its a good project as I'm finally learning something also its a kind of client facing role so learning to communicate with client. My query is -

1. Are there any good opportunities for Power Platform developer outside of TCS and if yes how to prepare for that because my colleagues are doing same kind of work or less work byt getting way higher compensation then me so i want to switch
2. As this is my 1st company I am not sure how to switch and even prepare or where to start. Do reply if anyone can help. Thanks
