Post graduation!

I'm currently looking for post-graduation, actually, I'm so confused about which one to opt for, whether to join MBA or Mtech for professional growth. Hopefully looking to get paid more salary. Physically I'm from computer science engineering background graduated this year. Can anyone suggest me about this!
