Trending @Capgemini; Post Graduation

Hi guys, I completed my mechanical engineering last year and joined CG and have been working here for the last 6 months, but Suddenly I had a thought to pursue any post graduation degree. Idk where to start , I literally have no idea what to pursue whether to pursue a M.E / M.Tech on a core field or to do a MBA ? These thoughts literally sucks my sleep and as well as my peace Any of you have a point, suggestion or open for discussion drop it here .

If you have no idea on what post grad to do, I would suggest you not to do it. Stay put in the same company for 1 and half years more and figure out which area you are interested in. If you are doing post grad cos other people are doing it and it sounds fancy, then let me tell you this the piece of paper you get after 2 years of post grad completion is useless if you have no interest in that area.

I would suggest to pursue MBA than ME or MTech. The reason is, you can sail between a technical role as well as functional role. As you progress, you can become a techno functional expert.

I would suggest don't go for any post graduation. It doesn't add much value to your profile. It's better to switch to new company and focus on increasing your package and skill sets. Doing post graduation is a waste if time and money.
