Trending @Accenture; Possibility of Early Release While on Bench at Accenture

I have 4+ years of experience in Accenture. and I came to bench on June 8,2025 its been 3 months so far. I submitted my resignation On September 2nd,2025. Do I still need to serve the full 90-day notice period, or are there any chances of an early release? I’m looking for an early release—any suggestions or guidance would be really helpful.

Yes you can when someone reach out to you for project just tell them you re mentally not ready and stressed can't find project etc. Thry themselves will ask you to leave early

My last working day is November 30. Around when can we expect them to discuss an early release with us?

Just reach out to your pmo or HR partner, tell them you're not feeling good and stressed and all make some excuse, ask for early release. Emphasize that you're not ok with another project because of stress. You should get a early release

I haven’t spoken to HR yet about early release. Just thinking of the best way and reasons to tell them before I go. Regarding payout option can you please tell how it works

Is it better to request HR for an early release at this point, or wait for them to reach out first?
