Posibilty Band change C to B

Hello guys i have clients appreciation and 3 awards also my lead sent feedback but after discussion with manager and reviewer they gave me cause you need to woke on training but i have already completed several training so now can i send directly mail to unit head or what the possible way to change pls give you suggestions
