A female colleague of mine gave me a PoSH threat over a minor disagreement. I raised it to channels but not sure the extent to which the actions were taken.

Do a formal PoSH complaint against her. Misuse or threatening of POSH is also against the policy

I did, but it got routed towards ER and the worst part is my manager and super manager gave me feedback for reaching out to HR and PoSH
