Posh cases forcefully buried at Bhim-NPCI ?

Have an offer from NPCI-bhim, but not very sure if I should take it up. Have heard a lot of ugly stories about unprofessional and clueless leadership, especially about a certain C level who has multiple Posh cases against him which were forcefully buried by their HR? is this true? Pls share if the organisation is worth working for?

i know, how unfortunate. I got reached out offline by few bhim-npci folks about this. So let me share what has been told to me. I am certain of not joining this organisation. Haven't heard of so much poison in words from so many ppl. Infact I asked him to write it to me to be shared anonymously. The Posh complaints are true - such a shame that the HR did not do her job but was compicit in shutting the mouths. They buried it as they have to file it in their returns to the regulator. It was clear harassment of women taking away opportunities deliberately and forcing false stories of incompetence and non-reporting of numbers achieved by them - quite classic approach by the perp actually. Sadly, this is an organisation that is led by a woman CEO. Let me copy paste the rant I recd from a Male member of their team i asked for a writeup.
